I did not stay over night at this property. We were part of a party in the new outdoor patio the property has just built. It is fabulous. It is a glass enclosed, 1,000 s.f.,heated space that still has some finishing touches to go before final completion. The food served buffet-style to our party of 50 was the quality you... More

I usually go here for business and it's a nice simple place to stay. No hassles and they dont have any problems if you want to stay late. They are under construction for a while right now. The beds are extremely comfortable. More

Small, but clean rooms. You get what you pay for. Watch out though.....my wife had a pair of diamond gold earrings STOLEN out of our room while we were out during the day. We went down to Stamford for a weekend last April to visit our son, his girlfriend, and meet her family. After spending the day out, we returned... More

This hotel and conference center is warm and comfortable. We have stayed there for 5 years now, and we always return for our annual trip to Norwalk. The reception is friendly and responsive. They have a shuttle available (albeit at limited times). There is a computer and printer available free of charge. There is a restaurant attached and though I... More

We stayed in two seperate rooms at this property due to it's proximity to a family member's home (walking distance) for the thanksgiving holiday. I was pleasantly surprised as I am used to patronizing chain hotels due to their loyalty programs, but enjoyed giving this local property the business. First, I have to say that it is very apparent that... More

This is one of the few remaining family-owned hotels in the country, and while it's not the Hilton, I found it most comfortable and pleasant. I stayed in one of their newer rooms with 2 very comfortable queen beds. This large room was nicely appointed with hardwood floors, a big flat-screen TV, 2 chairs & a desk. Many chain hotels... More

and you will see that they are all positive or mostly positive, but we were very disappointed in this place, for reasons we will outline. First, it is a good place just to spend the night, just to get off the highway. The restaurant within, Adam's Rib, served some of the best food we've ever tasted. The room was very... More

We stayed at the Norwalk Inn for a weekend wedding. What a nice time we all had. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were great, the restaurant and bar were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. More
