I stayed at the North Haven Holiday Inn 8 times in the last 6 months. I have and will continue to have business in this area. Great personnel, with great attitudes have kept me coming back. We checked in late in the evening and left in the morning, so didn't have an opportunity to see much of the place, but our room was comfortable and clean. The person at the front desk was nice and helpful. more

Cable television service went out for the evening. couldn't be fixed. Air conditioner in the room was blowing loudly when it was cooling, then when it turned itself off, the room was uncomfortably warm and humid. This made it difficult to sleep. Stayed here on my wedding night...showed up in my gown and hubby in his tux and we didn't even get a congratulations! Average room...On route 5 in North Haven therefore it's very close to some restaurants and the center of town. I asked for a room with a jacuzzi but they don't have that is what I was told...took forever... more

Very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff, clean, comfortable room, decent bathroom, very nice pool and well-maintained workout room. We show up and right from the start it was awful. We get there before everyone else in our party and in order to get into the room we have to charge my credit card or not get into the room.
