Great customer service with check in and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with special goodies sent to our room. Nice outdoor pool - not casino people but enjoyed "people watching" and Paul Anka concert.

We stayed at the MGM Saturday evening. We normally stay at either the Great Cedar or Grand Pequot to use the pool and hot tubs, but there were only rooms available at MGM due to the holiday weekend. We stay at MGM occasionally as a fun weekend retreat. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious, and the staff always makes the stay wonderful. Stayed a few times. It's at the other end of all the casinos. No refrigerator in room. The director suite was decent,but really, how long do you stay in your room. Great staff!!!
