If you want a so-called non-smoking room, two things to remember: (a) they clean the non-smoking rooms last, so you will definitely be the last to check in. Don't even think about getting there for the promised 4:00 check-in. When I asked why everybody else was able to check in and I was not, the front desk openly admitted to... More

The Two Trees was very attractive upon arrival and we thought we would save a few dollars by staying here. We soon realized that this would not be like staying at the casinos. The front desk seemed less than interested in checking us in. Even after telling them that we had never stayed there, I had to ask how to... More

This hotel was extremely overpriced for what you get. To start the rooms are small and outdated. We were supposedly in a non-smoking room, however the floor/hallway was not. It reeked of cigarette smoke inside and outside the room, including our bed linens. The walls are very thin and you can constantly hear people going in and out of their... More

Went for a bachelorette party and the suites were good for our group. Clean and easy shuttle to the casino. Not luxurious at all. Could use some updating.

If I had to pay I would have been even more upset. The non smoking hallway smelled like old stale cigarettes and my non smoking room smelled just as bad. I told the night guy (after I checked in) that it smelled and he nodded. NICE! My towels reeked like old cigarettes as well. The shower curtain was so dark... More

The hotel is part of the Foxwoods complex. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable but not as nice as the MGM or Pequot Towers at Foxwoods. If you have children and want an indoor pool then this is the right hotel. TV was small and there was no microwave or refrigerator. They do have 24 hour shuttle service to... More

If you use your Foxwoods rewards benfits, at time they offer complimentary nights in one of their hotels. Why not right? Whether you are into gambling or not, Foxwoods truly is a fun place to visit. There is plenty of "other" things to do besides gamble. There are numerous shops, restaurants and much more. I highly recommend a visit at... More

Loved Two Trees. Changes that I'd like to see: fitness room is tiny and right off the pool, no ventilation, it was like a sauna in there when we worked out. Almost could of sweated as much just standing there with out working out. would be nice if the coffee in the lobby was served alittle later than 8:00, some... More

April 13, 12 went for an overnite with friends at the Two Trees at Foxwoods, don't know if under new management within the last few years. Housekeeping came into my room without any one calling for their services, which left me thinking they were coming in my room to rob us. I told front desk but I'm sure nothing will... More

My husband and I just spent 2 night's there. The room's are getting older but they're clean. The bed was ok.The staff was great, check in was quick, everyone that we came across was very friendly. The staff made the difference in my giving them a 4 instead of a 3 for the hotel on it's own merit.
