Let me first start off by saying that this was no Las Vegas casino but it did have it's charms. I visited Foxwoods on a business/pleasure over night trip. I reserved a 1 bedroom suite that was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor wasn't exactly wowing (more like a Holiday Inn) however it did it's job. The room service was...

My friend i stayed here May 2nd and 3rd to celebrate my birthday. We stayed in a double room which was free for both nights, thanks to my wonderful mother. The room was huge. Bathroom was nice. The beds were so very comfortable. There is a fridge in the room, no microwave.
The only thing that could have been better...

My friends and I went to Foxwoods to celebrate my birthday, we booked a room at the Great Cedar hotel. The facilities at the room were great, the room was really clean and modern, the shower pressure was just perfect. The access to the casinos and restaurants was easy. The staff was friendly. I would recommend Great Cedar as a...

The rooms at this hotel were more than what I expected. The room was clean and spacious, and had a great view of the nearby hotels lit up at night. My only complaint is that there weren't enough towels, but we were only there for one night so it was not a big deal at all.

I had booked at a nearby Microtel and also the Two Tress Inn while formulating my Foxwood's itinerary for two reasons - I assumed being onsite at Foxwood's would be out of my budget, and b) I had not been able to find adequate information about the onsite hotels. At the last minute and thanks to encouragement from a TA...

The Great Cedar hotel features spacious rooms, a friendly, cooperative staff and access to the casinos, restaurants and attractions. Our room featured an excellent view. The rooms are clean and the bathroom facilities are excellent. Check in at the lobby was fast,...

We stay at Foxwoods fairly often but this was our first time at Great Cedar. We usually stay at Grand Pequot or MGM. Of the three, Great Cedar is our least favorite. That's not to say that it is bad, at all, we just prefer the other two. As for Great Cedar, the lobby leaves something to be desired, especially...

This was my first stay at the Great Cedar which is hard to rate since my last stay at Foxwoods was at the MGM. They are 2 very different hotels, the Great Cedar is like a Quality Inn as compared to the MGM which is more like a Hilton. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed for...
