Not bad for a one night stay in Hartford, and can be had for a reasonable rate. Close to downtown and major freeways. First appearance a little spooky, but not too bad inside. Rooms old and dated, but clean. A virtual ghost town with less than 20 cars in the underground parking. A good place to sleep, but that's all.
