I spent one cold night at this hotel. Room 120 had cold outside air coming from under the heat pump unit. This made the floor very cold. So don’t take a room during the winter. more

This is a nice stopping-off point, though the area in which it's located doesn't seem entirely safe. Some of the rooms are rather small and cramped, but as I was placed in a handicapped room, I found it large and comfortable. The hotel was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. more

My wife and I selected the Best Western Black Rock Inn due to its’ proximity to Fairfield University, where our son was attending a Lacrosse Camp. I have stayed here on 3 different occassions (All because of Stamford/Norwalk hotels being completely booked). It is a bit of a drive to Norwalk (especially in the morning, crawling down I-95), but when other comparable business hotels are booked in the area, it's a great next choice.
