I stayed here twice, 2 weeks apart. The fitness room had lots of cardio and a decent weight system. There is a sauna and a pool. The pool was very dirty and I wouldn't use it. It was long overdue for a cleaning.

Very nice hotel. Bathrooms are so very small. Wish they had a refridgerator. Beds were very comfortable. Wi fi worked fine. Right off the interstate. Looks like a great place to hold a conference. Front desk was very nice. Only 45 minutes to Old Saybrook and the ocean.
