I travel often for business, and found Chimney Crest a welcome respite from yet another chain hotel. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby despite terrible jet lag. Beautiful house, vistas, and delicious homemade breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. More

Had a business trip to Bristol to see ESPN (who else?). Found this great B&B on TA an thought I would give it a try and it exceeded my heighten expectations. I'm not sure why anyone would stay in a corporate, chain hotel in the area when this place is available. Spacious charming rooms, giant comfortable beds, and one of... More

We could not have had any better accomodations than Chimney Crest. Fresh towels daily, an option for clean linens on day 3, fresh cookies and chocolates each night with the bed turned down. Breakfast were a treat with variety over the 5 days we were there. We would gladly recommend this B & B to friends. More

What a find! Great English Style Tudor Manor. Lovely and comfortable room (Mater Suite). Gracious hosts. Great breakfast. Only down side is the location, but you can't have your cake and eat it too. Great value for the money. Would have stayed an extra week if we had the time. More

We loved this Inn. We have small children and we were in a wedding in Plymouth so we stopped for a night at this Inn after seeing the website. Beautiful property and beautiful art. The Innkeeper and her husband were very friendly. Got a great breakfast and a good night sleep. We loved historic photos and art in the house... More

We recently stayed at the Chimneey Crest Manor and were very disappointed with the location and surrounding area of the home and its state of disrepair. The pictures and description of the facility did not prepare us for this. Although the house itself is a treasure, it desperately needs to be restored. The rooms were huge, bed was comfortable and... What a charming place with charming inhabitants! Although we were the only guests on this particular weeknight, we would stay here again and go out of our way to include Bristol in our travels in order to spend more time at Chimney Crest Manor. We really enjoyed Stella and her friend who were in charge of our care and breakfast.... More

Like some other reviewers, it was only this inn that brought us to Bristol. The tudor-style house with its spacious public rooms and antique furnishings was as extraordinary as advertised! We particularly enjoy meeting other travellers in our B&B stays so we were disappointed to be the only guests here, but on the positive side we were given a free... More

This B&B is a true fary tale location for travellers. We stayed in Bristol only because of this beautiful place after spotting it while driving by - a mansion with very nice and comfortable rooms and suites, a living room with piano and fireplace, afternoon tea, outside terrasse with a beautiful view. The innkeepers Dante and Cynthia are very warm,... More

When we arrived Cynthia was hobbling, she had hurt her foot quite badly but this did not deter her from giving us a great welcome and showing us around her lovely home. The Manor house is modelled on an English manor but although built in 1930 has the elegance and charm of a much older property. We stayed in the... More
