We stayed at the Anchor Motel in Walsenburg so we could visit Mission Wolf Sanctuary nearby. Our room was clean and included a microwave, mini fridge, and all the other basic amenities you would expect. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for such a great price.

We broke down at the trail head at the west Spanish Peak on Sunday . Had the Jeep towed to Walsenburg and found ourselves at the Anchor. They were amazing and nice the rooms clean and affordable. We had to stay for 2 days. The friendly folks at the Anchor made the whole ordeal bearable!!!
