We are in the midst of a stay and ran into an issue. My son's snowboard disappeared after he checked it in at the Marriott valet at the Gondola. As previously noted in other comments, Marriott offers ski valet service that transfers your ski/snowboard to/from the Gondola at Lionshead. We booked this hotel last minute right before Christmas and got a great price! You can walk to alot of things in Vail from the hotel and there's also a great bus that's free that runs about every 10 minutes right in front of the hotel and takes you all around town! Nice fireplace and bar too! More
