We were given a room next to the elevator which started binging at 5:27 in the morning and never stopped. Front desk personnel were unconcerned and not at all helpful. Could not have cared less. Do not stay here if you want to relax and actually sleep on your vacation. Very unprofessional Management and staff. More

This was not my first trip to Vail, but was my first stay at the Austria Haus. I stayed with a large group. Everything went so smooth. The staff is excellent-always friendly and willing to assist you. Great breakfast and happy hour. Excellent location. It really has it all. I will be staying there again next year! More

Love this place. Right in the heart of things in Vail. You can catch a bus outside the door to the slopes. The pool and pool deck are heated, very cool, Not to mention the pool is on a creek/river. The Austria Haus is okay, and the beds are very comfortable. Don't expect much more than that!
