“Awful, Uncaring Staff - Steer Clear”

Only there for a few hours by accident when we were forced off I-70 due to road closure. Off season, Solaris parking garage nearly empty, but uncaring guy in office refused to help us out by refunding our credit card for crazy $40 parking charge for four hours. He acted at first like he couldn't do anything but soon clearly... More

Solaris Residencies in Vail are an exceptional experience. The rooms are light, spacious and comfortable . Fireplaces provide more than ample heat if there's a chill in the air. Proximity is an added bonus. Park your car and you can walk to everything you need.

This Thanksgiving my family with 3 teenagers, stayed at the Solaris Residences and we all loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay special. Not only did they take us to the slopes but took us to several restaurants and picked us up after a long day of skiing.The... More
