The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, the pool heater was broken, and breakfast was not a Superstart Breakfast -- more like a carb-loaded mediocre. We chose this hotel because the hotels in Julesburg had such poor reviews. I shudder to think what they were like. However, the hotel was quiet at night, ice was plentiful, and the staff was nice.

Garbage piled in hallways on first floor. AC sounded like jet plane with engine trouble. Trucks with early a.m. backup horns stay there. Old carpet throughout. Should have gone to Comfort Inn next door for this price.
