I've had the pleasure of staying at the Teller House on several occasions and each was a delight. The rooms are beautifully decorated in Victorian charm yet warm and comfortable any time of the year, with soft cotton sheets in the summer and toasty down comforters in the winter. The hotel is always clean and well-maintained, down to the lace... More

I called the hotel six months in advance and reserved all the rooms with two beds in them for a ski club trip to Silverton Mountain, and I was told no problem. I called three months later, and found that they had given away some of the rooms with two beds such that our group did not have enough rooms... More

We do our best to accommodate guests with the rooms they desire in advance; however without a full commitment from all guests in a party it is unfair to tentatively hold rooms. Additional occupancy fees are $15/night per person. There is no charge related to the sleeper sofa. Our policy regarding the desktop computer and printer is that they are... More

Having never been to Silverton, we didn't know what to expect. Based on reviews of this hotel, we called ahead to see if there were any rooms available not realizing that our visit was a week before this sleepy little mountain town shuts down. We had our choice of rooms as we were literally the ONLY guests in the hotel.... More

I stayed here three nights and enjoyed two breakfasts and a dinner here. I recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. HOTEL: First night in a room with shared bath and remaining nights in a room with private bath. I found the rooms and baths very clean and comfortable. The decor is tastefully victorian, none of that overly frilly look.... More

I didn't stay here but wished I had after staying at the Grand Imperial. However, I couldn't find their restaurant listed under restaurants so I'm doing my review here. I had dinner and breakfast here and really enjoyed it. I have to say, the Chili Verde is the best I've had anyplace. The salsa was also phenomenal. The staff was... More

Okay, so I'm not the biggest fan of lace and other victorian stuff; however I really loved this place. Our trip was mainly a camping adventure, but after a couple days of camping at Mesa Verde and a long car drive. . . we decided to stay in a hotel, in Silverton, before heading to our next camping destination. The... More

I booked this hotel after viewing other TA reviews, seeing the lovely pictures on line and knowing that it was located on the main street in town (there is only ONE paved street in town!). The hotel was easy to locate with convenient parking. It was however difficult to lug 4 suitcases up the flight of steps to the check... More

Rudy and his staff were exceptional! HAPPY 50th, RUDY! Will stay here from now on. The food is great! Stays open long after the sidewalks roll up.

This is definitely where we'll stay again next trip. Knowledgeable hosts about all kinds of things to do around Silverton that we wouldn't have otherwise known about. Loved it!

I recently stayed at this property for an extended period of time. The experience was really great! It had the feel of a B and B but was a full service hotel. It was comfortable and the staff was really friendly and accomodating. I would highly reccomned The Teller House!
