We were booked into this place by a travel club who advertised it as a premier resort. When We arrived they had lost our gift basket and when it was located called us to retrieve it instead of delivering it to our room, not at all the hospitality of a premier resort. The carpets were coming up in places throughout... More

We booked here as part of travel plan promo- which charged for the stay! The agency promised a premiere resort experience; indoor pool, spa, hot springs….. Seedy best describes this overpriced place. What a disappointment! Pool was cold. We were told the heater was broken. Oh well... They had two Jacuzzi but the control knob didn’t work for one and... More

The only good thing about this place was the price. We checked in at 9:30 pm and were exhausted so we went straight to the room. The towels looked yellowish and when we turned the beds down the sheets looked old too. The fitted sheets were not pulled down over the mattress and the beds just weren't made professionally. The... Let's start with the positive. We rented a delux room which had a king bed attached living room with sm kitchen. Positives: pool & hot tub were nice. Service was quick & efficient. View of lake & mountsins was beautiful. Negatives External doors did not lock & internal doors did not close properly. Heating never went above 58 even when... More

We found the lodge to be fair. It was clean and the service was fine, but the place felt like it needed a facelift. Not particularly "colorado" feeling.

Stayed here in January for ski trip to Wolf Creek. It is an older lodge however still in pretty good shape. The dual hot tubs and heated pool were excellent. This was comparable to other area lodges. I would stay here again even though it is a 30 minute drive to the slopes.

For the price we paid, I thought we'd at least get middle of the road...not the ditch in the road. It's been a long time since I've stayed somewhere this dumpy. Let's do positives and negatives. Positives: the sheets appeared to be clean and there was a new shower head that worked great. Negatives: overall condition of the hallway and... More

We stayed here while skiing at the nearby Wolf Creek slopes. Rooms were clean & very affordable. Hot continental breakfast every morning. Location is good- many restaurants close by and staff is friendly and will recommend places to eat. Just ask! The hotel was pretty quiet. The pool and hot tub were in working condition, but I personally felt they... More

Stayed for a week while boarding at Wolf Creek and had a good night sleep every night. And so did my dog! New ownership and remodeling in progress. Room was clean and comfortable though there is still some work to be done in the hallways. Practically a private pool and hot tub since I never saw anyone else there. But... More

This was my first time in Pagosa Springs and I booked the hotel over the phone. The gentleman was so kind and helpful. Although I read reviews after I booked the hotel I started to worry...people have said some awful things about this place but they couldn't be more wrong as I later found out. My boyfriend and I arrived... More
