We stayed at the China Clipper Inn for 2 nights Jan 20 and 21 for our anniversary. The place was beautiful and what a relaxing weekend!! We stayed in the Premium 5 room, which has an outside entrance on the top floor, just past the back entrance into the house. I requested top floor overlooking the hot tub and they... More

We stayed here for two nights in January and loved the place. The Inn is impeccably clean and gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were so nice and helpful. Our room had a fireplace, king bed, jetted tub and was beautiful. We ate per the owners recommendation at the Outlaw and loved it so much we went back the next... More

i loved this place. the owner was very friendly. unfortunately the hot tub was unusable while i was there and there was supposed to be a staging area outside my room for all the equipment I had, which i found crowded the next morning and unusable, disheartning. But the breakfast was fantastic and the owners attitude made up for the... More

The rooms at the China Clipper are immaculately clean and comfortable. The Inn is a museum of a world traveler's collected memorabilia. But the very best part of the experience is the hospitality of the Innkeepers, Ingrid and Hans. Hans is a 5 star breakfast chef; they are both warm and inviting. More

We regret that we could stay only one night in this beautiful inn, situated in spectacular surroundings. I repeat what many reviewers said before, and I agree. Good restaurants are close by. The inn is in the middle of town. Hans can tell you where to find the dinner that suits you best. The hospitality of the innkeepers, Hans and... More

My family and I spent two wonderful nights at the China Clipper. I agree with all the other reviewers about the excellence of the property. I will just add a small anecdote about the innkeepers' dedication to their guests. After our first night at the Clipper we awoke to about 6" of new snow. The snow had been swept from... More

We stayed overnight in this wonderful inn. The property was beautifully furnished. We received a warm welcome on our arrival and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The inn is well located close to the town with many good restaurants close by. Our room had a dvd player and we watched a film from their collection. We would look forward to staying... More

Wow! What a treat to walk into! Hans and Ingrid are the perfect hosts to such an amazing place. The inviting entrance guides you into a Victorian feel with rich colors and soothing decor, the perfect way to start a romantic vacation! Our room was so clean and comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Our hosts were so influential on... More
