we stayed in the John Wayne room. It was very roomy, log bed-- comfy and clean. Continental breakfast was great-- huge fresh muffins and donuts, wide variety of bagels and juices. Very homey place overall and quite charming. Loved it! More

We used Country Lodge as our headquarters for eight days from Sept 9-17th and we could not have been more pleased. Inexpensive...clean room...friendly owner...adequate continential breakfast...we were pleasantly surprised. If you want unique, not fancy, and a quiet place to park, I would recommend Country Lodge. The room was large and comfortable. Each room has a patio door opening to the pool , hot tub and gardens - all nicely cared for. The continental breakfast was a good start to the day. More

Although it is beginning to show its age, the service here was top notch. Could use a little TLC. Housekeeping service was impecable, better than average continental breakfast served, Would stay her again despite its shortcomings. More
