This is a pretty basic Comfort Inn. It is nice, has good parking, and is very clean. However, I go on the assumption that most hotels (especially these type of chains) are adequate and 'okay'.
This one might be a 'great' Comfort Inn depending on the room you get, if you really want the breakfast, if you use the pool,...

I usually don't stay at Comfort Inn's because of bad past experiences with them, but after the reviews I read I decided to try this one. I was glad we stayed here. It was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was hot and tasty. I will stay here again when I am in the Manitou Springs area.
We took 2 of our grandkids to see the sights around Manitou Springs, CO during Spring Break in March. We were going to stay one night at the Comfort Inn, but ended up staying 4 nights because of how friendly the managers were and how clean the hotel was. It is run by a family, and they were so nice,...

This is our second trip to the USA and we decided to make a return trip to Manitiou Springs for the Cog Railway and Pikes Peak.
We also decided to return to the Comfort Inn at Manitou Springs as we enjoyed our stay 2 years ago. The hotel has not changed, we were completely happy with the comfort of the...

This hotel probably rates a "fair" rating, but folks need to read this review. We stayed here after reading all the glowing reviews & "number 1" ranking for Manitou Springs hotels. This is nothing more than your typical Comfort Inn. Cons: The smell of chlorine from the pool adjacent to the lobby can be overwhelming. The accessibility room could not...

We needed a last minute conference room for a chess tournament, and this hotel saved us. The staff were beyond helpful. If you are ever in a bind, you should be so lucky as to have people like these to work with. They were perfect.
Now, as far as the hotel itself, it is VERY nice. They have a great...

This hotel was nothing fancy or luxurious, but was perfectly adequate and a very good value for the money.
Located less than an hour from Denver...hotel is right across the street from entrance to Garden of the Gods (5 minute walking distance, totally worth going, FREE entrance) and less than 5 minute drive from Pike's Peak (also worth going, cog...
