I will always stay at this hotel! They treat you like you are family and you get VIP service the whole time! All the staff is so eager to help and friendly and their restaurant is excellent!
This was my second weekend stay there. On both occasions, for various reasons, I had to stay, it was not my first choice. The rooms are clean, and the hotel makes a decent effort at service. It is a dated motel that seriously needs a re-do. The TVs are old, and small with limited channels. The heating/ac unit is noisy...

The room that they had reserved for us had been smoked in and so we ask for another. The sleep number bed did not work and we slept on a bed that was harder than the floor. The air conditioner-heater unit in the room is antiquated and is very noisy. I had forgotten to take our pillows along and the...

Hotel is run down, rooms are shoddy, bathrooms ancient, and breakfast (complimentary) is plastic cups/sparse and in a very unattractive room. Hotel is old and tired. Heating in room blow air noisily all night, and room is too big to turn it off and risk freezing to death
Lazy breakfast, badly maintained, and out of date. The gym is sparsely equipped and overheats even in winter. The rooms are large and finctional. The staff maintain the status quo, without even false enthuisiasm. There is no escape from the noise the train generates (10 p.m. Or 2/3/4/5 a.m.) noisily and regularly. Not a good hotel!
My husband and I were urgently called to Longmont and needed a room for the next day. I chose this hotel primarily because of location. We were flying in early on a Saturday morning and wanted to freshen up before moving on with our day. The front dest was very accomodating and allowed us early check in without extra cost....

Recently the city of Longmont was hit with a snow storm that knocked electricity/heat out to half of the city. Residents were scrambling to go to shelters or to find accommodating hotels. While most of the hotels in the city took the opportunity to hike their rates up, the Plaza Hotel actually provided a 50% discount off of retail to...

This is not a bad hotel but the property is shopworn and desperately in need either of an update or designation as a retro 1970s landmark. We arrived late, traveling with kids, and were given an "upgrade" to the Governor's Suite when the two-bedroom accommodation we had reserved was unavailable. There were no sheets on the sofabed for our kids...

Spent one night in July. Hotel is an older business center type place. Lobby and rooms were dated but generally clean. Whole area was sold out that week and price was very high for quality of room, suspect I paid a premium rate so didn`t consider a good value
