I travel to Lamar several times a year. This is a good, clean hotel with a decent breakfast. If you can avoid a first floor room, do so. Their prices have gone up lately, and I'm not sure that's justified for what you get.

Beautiful room, loved the microwave and sink, very soft sheets, best nights sleep on my cross country trip! Loved the pool and exercise room! Great value! We were so tired when we got there and really had a nice night!

A little pricy for Lamar, but the staff was wonderful, rooms were excellent and they had local cable with several HBO channels. I paid $114.00 for the room; there was no shower curtain, one lamp didn't work and the common area carpet throughout the property is worn and dirty. Friendly front desk personnel. Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. Hallway carpet a bit worn but OK. Included breakfast was basic, pre-made omelettes, meat patties, pastries, coffee and juice. Exercise room was small but enough equipment for a basic workout. Probably the better choice if staying in Lamar.

We love everything about this place. Clean, comfortable, and accommodating! My husband is OCD when it comes to cleanliness, and he was extremely impressed with this place.
