Pro: The location is great, the building is homey and definitely perfect environment for a winter vacation, the living room is perfect for reading a book, the staff were friendly Con: They serve dinner on the premise and some of the rooms are directly over the dining area. We had a long day of skiing and wanted to ski early... More

Ski Tip Lodge was amazing from the management to the food to the accomodations. I was there on business but I felt like I was on a vacation after work hours! Sitting in a comfy chair by the window reading a book from their shelf, ordered a glass of wine with the fireplace going, amazing! I want to come back... More

My husband and I have visited the ski tip 3 times over the last 8 years our first being a magical New Year’s Eve shortly after we met and the second our one year wedding anniversary. The latest one was this past weekend with our 8 month old son. The Ski Tip once again exceeded our expectations. We didn't have... More

We've stayed at Ski Tip Lodge three times over the last couple years and have always had a fabuolous experience!! This place is straight out of the Alps - cozy fireplaces, intimate dining, low ceilings, plush comforters on four poster beds. We just LOVE sitting around the glowing fireplaces in the evening, reading books and drinking wine. Everything is just... More

For such a cozy place place you would think the staff would be at least a little friendly but they act as though you are a nuisance. No help with your bags, no one around to order après ski, no place to put your skis, etc. etc. There was a party going on in the back room so there was... More

My husband and I just visited Ski Tip for the 3rd year in a row. We love this place and are dedicated to returning each year on the same weekend. Last year, we got engaged up there and when we checked in this year, the staff remembered us! It is such a friendly environment- everyone is so terrific. We were... More

The Ski Tip Lodge is as close to a gasthaus experience you'll find in the Rocky Mountains. Cozy and comfortable with a world class restaurant, this lodge is perfect for a quiet get -away albeit with wi-fi. Schedule your visit around their monthly dinner special and you can savor the wine tasting opportunities without worry. More

The breakfasts were incredible as well as the afternoon tea and homeade treats. The staff is wonderful, the room was comfortable, the atmosphere was social and delightful. If you have an opportunity to stay here, you won't be disappointed. The restaurant is also excellent for dinner. More
