The best little motel in the rockies. Hot springs within walking distance. The rooms are made up like little cozy cabins. The people that work there go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Home away from home.

Very pleasant host, very nice and clean room for $55/night+tax=60.39. The motel is located close to the springs. I would definitely stay here again.

I really felt so at home! Very clean, very charming and wow...great rates. Very comfortable bed. Dee was so helpful and gave us coupons for restaurants and we were able to buy discounted passes for the hot pools right at the motel office. The pine paneling and the wood floors in the rooms is so beautiful. Cozy! I will return!

This is what a "mom & pop" motel should be: clean, well cared for, with friendly hosts. All the basics, plus coffee maker, and wi-fi.

We had planned on staying in Grand Lake after coming down Trail Ridge but found the people in town snooty. Dee, who owns the hotel is friendly, helpful, and a delight to talk to. The motel is charming. Rooms are clean, and VERY affordable. I have never stayed at a place like this, nor have have I ever lived in the country. Staying at this cosy and very clean old style motel was very new to me and I enjoyed every minute of it! I loved this experience!
