Terrific staff...well equpiped rooms...onsite laundry. The breakfast included with the stay was AMAZING...unlimited pool access... with towels provided but don't forget $0.25 for the lockers and $0.50 for the bubble chairs!! Lunch at the Grill had a good selection and a Kids' Menu reasonably priced...the Gift Shop had lots to look at...jewelery purchases are nicely boxed and make nice holiday... More

The picture of the room online must have been photoshopped because it looked so luxurious but ended up being at the very end of the hotel and VERY dark and small. We paid for a suite but it was more like a regular room. Overpriced for the spa package considering the room was below par. If you bring your kids... More

This is not a luxury hotel, but expect to pay luxury hotel prices. Off-season rates are $200 per night. It is similar to a nice La Quinta in comfort. There are no bellmen or valets or room service. The front desk staff is friendly. You are paying for location. The hot springs are across the road and guests walk in... More

I have never experienced such great accommodations. The staff was great overall a person that stood out was a young man by the name of Esgar at the Grill. The young man greeted us at the door with a smile, and very efficient worker even when busy was able to accommodate everyone in an orderly fashion. He told us all... More

Rooms are nicely equipped with fridge, safe, new TV and comfy beds. We only wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast included with the stay was better than the breakfast we paid $15 per person the day before. You had made to order omelette, hash browns, toast, pancakes, french toast and waffles. This was on top of the already... More

The website makes this hotel to have a wow factor, but this hotel had neither wow factor or any service. It is simply an overpriced motel which includes entrance to the hot springs. The worst thing is you have to traipse across to the hot springs cafe/grill to have your breakfast on plastic plates and with plastic cutlery served up... More

We stayed here recently, and had a nice little Colorado staycation. The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the hotsprings, and entry to the pool was included. This was nce, as we could come and go as often as we liked. The free breakfast at the grill was a great way to save money as well. Cons: the room... More

I just read 3 very disheartening reviews. This is a wonderful hotel, with the nicest staff. We stay here frequently and are always called by name during our stay. Yes, you do have to walk across the street, down a bunch of steps and around the pool to get to the breakfast, but what's wrong with a little exercise? And... More

Despite having gone to Glenwood Springs many times, I had never stayed at the Lodge. The website boasted about the luxury quality, etc. - after calculating the cost at other hotels and taking into account that the Lodge provides a "full hot breakfast" and unlimited pool passes, we decided to give it a try. The rooms: nice amenities inside -... More

The biggest problem with this hotel is that it doesn't match the expectations that it sets up. For the price, it should offer top-notch service. It was fine - but not spectacular, and certainly not "spa grade" as the website suggests. Pros: The pools are great. The room decor was very pleasant and nicely updated. The staff at breakfast was...
