I have worked for Holiday Inns in the past as well as being a guest. The associates were great. I have to give "Ms. Bernadette" an extra thank you for all of the special treatment. You Ms. Bernadette are a great lady, thanks so much. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. I would stay again in a New York second.

The hotel is very nice and clean. There was no smoke smell in the halls like at some other hotels. The breakfast is acceptable, but it is consistent with other HIE hotels I've stayed at.

Clean. Mediocre breakfast. But I get to the hotel at midnight after a long work day and the lights by the bed are totally busted. switch busted, bulbs pulled out. No way to read in bed or even see the alarm well enough to find the off button.

As a Platinum Priority Club member, I've stayed at countless Holiday Inn Expresses. I am happy to say that this is one of the best I stayed at. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful every time I've stayed here. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. Easy access to I-25 freeway and restaurants.
