I stayed here one night on a business trip. Calling the rooms suites is a bit of a stretch. It is a room with a small kitchen area, a couch and small table. I kind of felt like I was in a college dorm room. Everything was very basic but it was clean. The bathroom was small and the shower...

Front Desk people were very friendly. Room was just average. All seemed clean. If you are looking for extras, this would not be the hotel room for you. Wall Heater Unit was very loud.
No frills, but it was nice and quite. Also rooms were clean, they did not come everyday, but prolly would of if I ask them to. Recommend it you are looking for value.
Writing this from the hotel room, but I have to say I almost did not stay here because of the negative reviews.
Staff: Young friendly woman at front desk, greeted me with a smile, joked with me, and made me feel welcome. I asked about local dinning and she was eager to help me out. I went down later and...

I read only negative reviews before we stayed at the Silverleaf. We didn't pay for the hotel, as we were there on business. My husband's band played at the Eagle Festival so the rooms were already paid for. I think I saw $55 per night, so not a bad value. Definiitely NO FRILLS, but the rooms were clean and the...

The only thing nice about this crappy place is the location. Good food nearby. That's it. Nothing else good at all.
Upon review of the above comments I wish to express that having joined the Silverleaf Suites team as General Manager a short time ago, I am aware that the hotel has had difficulty in the past with quality and customer care. I assure you that the hotel, the staff and the customer care philosophy has been corrected. The rooms at...

The "non-smoking" room harbored stale, acrid smoke. The cooling unit blew musty air. The beds are not comfortable. A majority of the guests were laborers and young people. The side exit (to be opened by room key only) was propped open with a rock every time we entered and exited, even though I removed it several times.
The desk clerk,...

This is where all of the local contractors from plumbers to landscapers dump their laborers. Immigrants cannot afford the high prices of rental homes in the area and are therefore housed here instead. They live here with sometimes 6-8 people living in ONE ROOM! Make no mistake about it! At 5pm the hotel is litterally overrun with local laborers making...
