The hotel was quite dated, with old carpet and furnishings in dire need of an update. Rates were too high for the low end room, and the check-in experience was laughable with the young woman completing a personal call (for at least 5 minutes) before acknowledging our presence. Very weak. The hotel is 20 minutes out of Durango...be forewarned.
