Booked this for a conference downtown, when all the downtown hotels were full. It's about 1.25 miles from the convention center - further than I'd have liked had I a choice, but it's a quiet residential neighborhood and feels good. That said, it's been a great hotel. Fun place to stay, close to downtown. Staff was great, room clean, and views to downtown awesome! Choose a corner room with a balcony and you won't be disappointed.

Stayed there with a wedding party. Didn't notice, until I spilled something on the floor, how filthy the floor was. Had a few other issues as well. Got blown off by the desk clerk. Called the GM, who said "Sir, that never happens in our hotel". Might as well have called me a liar.

This is an older property in a nice central Denver location. It is charming and has very large rooms woth kitchen and full dining area. The balcony was also lovely and had a good view of the capitol building. Drawback was it was a bit noisy, but not horribly so. I would give this a thumbs up. Good for value... More

It's not near the 16 th street mall area but the neighborhood is definitely a good one. Great value- excellent views from higher floors, clean suite - pretty well updated and free covered parking! If you want to be "downtown" don't bother otherwise well worth it here!
