I am not a harsh reviewer of hotels in general, as my standards are pretty reasonable. As such, I don't find myself giving many hotels two stars, but I am going to do so for this hotel. As far as I can tell, the only reason anyone ends up staying here is by bidding on a 3-star hotel in Southeast... more

This hotel was clean and located right off the expressway. The front desk service was great, very helpful with directions on places to visit, they even printed out our boarding passes for us. There is a grocery store right down the road, so you can can buy water and snacks to take to your room. Room were spacious and had... more

My husband had surgery at a local hospital and during my three night stay the staff was very helpful. I used the exercise room and ate breakfast in the restaurant and took the courtesy van to the hospital. The room was clean and comfortable. more

Thank you so much for your feedback and I do hope the surgery for your husband was a success. We thank you for choosing the Four Points and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to your return, hopefully for a different reason than going to the hospital. Take care and wishing you all the best-Teresa McNamara-Worcester...

Ditto on REV regarding cigarette smoke and musty smell. I booked for three nights and was ready to leave after 3 hours in the room. Contrary to managements' response to other REV, the cigarette odor is not that from current violators but rather that nasty old lingering stale smell that permeates the carpet and drapes from years as a smoking... more

The southwest decorated hotel definitely has a charm to it until you get to your room. In its better years I'm sure it was a hot spot for middle class family reunions. Now a great place for low budget 50 year high school reunions. I noticed a musty smell when we got our floor. The sheet and curtains looked like... more

We appreciate your feedback and apologize that you felt the sheets and curtains were dirty as we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rooms. I'd certainly welcome feedback as to what room it was you stayed in so we can address your concerns. This is not your typical Four Points hotel as it is actually a piece of History...

We stayed here on a recent trip and were traveling with dogs. At check in when asked if there was easy access to bring the dogs in and out without going through the lobby and bothering others, the lady nicely voluntereed to change our room to a first floor room that had an outside access door. I really appreciated that... more

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that our front desk staff was able to exceed your expectations with helping you out on the appropriate room for better pet access. We are a non-smoking hotel and like other hotels, we are continually faced with the challenge of removing the smoke residue left behind from those guests not...

The only nice thing about this hotel was the lobby. The staff was less than friendly and did not seem happy that I bothered them with my check in, the room was just O.K. at best and the location of the room was simply spooky. Room next door was open all night. Parking lot was empty and we felt we... more

There's lots of competition in the Denver hotel market, so I'm not sure why you'd choose this one. Of course, like me, you might not have chosen it -- you're likely to get this property if you bid on priceline for a 3 star hotel in this part of town. This is an older property showing its age, but with... more

We stayed here for a combination business/leisure trip booked via Priceline. I tend to be a very forgiving reviewer that mostly ends up in the 2 to 3 star category. Here are the plusses and minuses we experienced on our 3-day stay *Plusses Front desk staff was very nice Lobby is nice and comfortable Free High speed Ethernet (not wireless,... more

My family of four stayed at this hotel from 3-20-09 to 3-23-09. We had two adjoining rooms on the tenth floor. I picked this hotel because it was a good value using my Starwood Preferred Guest points. It is right next to the I-25 freeway and there are lots of resturants nearby. I did not have any of the problems... more
