This is a belated review, but it seemed important to say that this is a really nice little independent motel: clean, well-run, with friendly staff. Much preferable to the expensive chains also available in the area! More

I come to Denver a lot to see the doctors at the VA hospital. I used to stay at a hotel down the street (Colorado BLVD) closer to the VA.
