I was a guest of this hotel from October 30th, 2008 through November 8th, 2008. During my stay I had nothing but problems. First the hotel was supposed to have wireless internet. At first, the connection did not work, then when it did work, the connection was poor, very slow, and often disappeared. I have a new laptop that has no problem connecting via wireless. 2nd, there was no hot water after my first night there. They came in to fix it, said there was still a problem and then left. They told me they would call me when it was fixed. 3 hours went by and no call. I finally called the desk and they said they fixed it. 3rd, on November 1st they allowed my rental car to be towed by another guest. They neglected to even get the towing company's name or telephone number and even refused to take me to my car when it was finally located.
