We stayed only one night in the middle of a road trip. The hotel was very convenient and the location is great. The front desk staff was helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. breakfast was good and very clean area. We would use this hotel again. more

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn, Delta, Colorado and were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived without reservations and the front desk was very accommodating. We got a king, non-smoking room on the first floor for a great rate. I got up at 3:00 a.m. to use the bathroom. When I returned I noticed 10 or more small black bugs on my pillow and bed. They were bed bugs!!!! Three days later, the bites manifested as puss filled rashes on my hands, knuckles, elbows, head, and shoulders. This motel is not recommended by me. I had a terrible experience. more

checked all the reviews on Trip Advisor and once again the advice was good. This indepandent motel Southgate Inns now RODEWAY INN was great especially for the price. The room was nice, clean beds and a coffee table and a micro/refrigerator. The bathroom had a dressing area also. The pool area looked inviting but we were only there one night... more

We stayed at the Southgate Inn during a family reunion June 27th through June 30th. They put us in the back where at least it was shady in the evenings. We were put on the first floor as asked, and found the motel to be pretty full up each night. We had some very noisy neighbors above us that stayed... more

This is an average motel along a highway...nothing great, nothing terrible. The room was small and stuffy smelling until ac was turned on. The toilet- tub area was tiny. All was clean and quiet which is the most important thing to me. The continental breakfast consisted of packaged donuts, mini-muffins and danish, bananas and oj and coffee. No sitting area.... more
