My wife and I stayed here May 26 and the 27, 2012 and found all of the employee's allways willing to go that extra mile to help from making my reservation over the phone and talking to Richard the bartender while we played vidio poker. The room was spotless as is the whole hotel which allways is a big plus... More

I have never been in a poker room that was run so badly. I have played all over Vegas and Colorado and I would not ever stop here again. not only was the poker room bad but the food in the $25 a plate restaurant was the worst I have had for the price the steak. I ordered was over... More

We stayed at your fine establishment in July. After receiving my statement I was charged $700 for damage done to the room. Astonished I made several phone calls to clear any misunderstanding. Talked to several Managers, 1 hung up on me and would give no specifics. The other was to have security contact me which never happened.Forbid me to EVER stay... More

The rooms there are one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The Casino is nice and nice people at the casino. The restaurant Lombards is ok nothing spectacular. The continental breakfast was ok. The Casino is one of the larger ones in Cripple Creek and the area is beautiful. No big winnings to take home but enjoyed the stay.

While we went to the casino we are writing this review about our experience in the Coffee House which is on the ground floor street side of the casino. They have about everything in this coffee shop you could desire in the way of a coffee drink plus they have ice cream. Out the front door you are on the... More

We went to the Double Eagle for our 10th Anniversary just to get away for the night and had a coupon. Room was standard, clean. TV was a small tube TV. Hotel staff was friendly. Nothing spectacular. If it was full price, it would not have been worth it. Had coupons to the hotel restaurant Lombards also. Ate dinner as... More

I stayed for three nights at Double Eagle Hotel and Casino recently and I was sad to leave. The Casino and Hotel are very nice. The bathtub in the suite was perfect to try out my bath salts I brought for a relaxing soak in the tub. It is so deep and so long you could lay back and just... More
