This property management company is pathetic. The Lodge at Copper Mountain is run down to the point the hot water takes about 15 minutes to heat up, the toilets clog each time you flush and the sink is clogged with hair and whatever. Our toilet overflowed and sent water into the unit below. We called Carbonate but only the maid... More

“My go to lodging company at Copper”

I used to rent condos through the resort, but it became very difficult to get accommodations in certain properties. Carbonate handles a number of condos in East village (Copper Springs is our favorite) and also elsewhere in the resort. Some of these you cannot find at all through the resort. Friendly, small, well run, and their rooms are clean.
