Casino, is clean when we are talking about the floors, bathrooms, and even room. Now a days it's rare to run into a filthy hotel/casino, any buisness for that matter. There are standards in cleanlyness, as I thought the same for Customer Service. But In every other aspect, It was the most horrible experiance in hospitality I have ever seen twice... More

We stayed here at the last minute after a trip to Estes park was cancelled due to a road closure through Rocky Mountain National Park. The hotel is clean, but nothing special...especially considering the price. I would suggest staying at the Ameristar in nearby Black Hawk. The Ameristar costs the same as this one but is absolutely lovely...and the casino... More

The rooms are of a decent size, and most of the beds are comfortable. However, the rest of the casino is a huge disappointment! The slots are tight, the buffet is beyond awful, and the general atmosphere is depressing.

Tried out lunch at the Reserve today. Just horrible. Tasted like food was from the Dollar Store's frpzen food section.Wilted salad, stale pie, old corn on the cob, meatballs tasted like paper machie, cold spaghetti, mucky Alfredo sauce no fresh anything. I give this place less than a year.

Fortune Valley became The Reserve a few months ago. They spent a ton of money on renovating the casino and the rooms, and it shows. Not sure if all the rooms are finished yet, but the top floor (4th) is all completed, I believe. The rooms are nice, clean, new. I spent 2 nights during their Grand Opening week in... More

The food is terrible,I had to call in the gaming commission on a 40 dollar jackpot that myteriously "Memory Check" disapeared! They told me that there were no free rooms (I had a coupon!) But the Hotel was deserted on a Sunday night! This is their Grand opening! No one winning either!

We stayed St. Patricks Day weekend. I called to make reservations two weeks prior. I taked to a woman who quoted me $116 per night for two queen beds. I told her, I'd discuss it with the rest of my party and call her in 10 minutes. When we all decided this was a good price, I called back and... More

Check in clerks very rude. They advertise 24/7 tables but shut them all down Saturday morning at 3:00 AM.

Newly renovated rooms are much nicer. The chance of it being a Hard Rock Hotel fell through. No amenities, no pool, no fitness center, poor dining, not even a hot tub. Most people that stay here go to other casinos...
