Wonderful hotel. Great pool, jaccuzi, workout room and a hot breakfast every morning. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. A hidden gem.

Very clean hotel, rooms, and pool area. Wonderful staff. Breakfast consisted of fresh and hot gravy, scrambled eggs and biscuits, also available; a waffle iron, fresh fruit, cold cereal, and pastries. Our room was cold when we got in but it didn't take long for it to warm up.

The room was clean except for some mold in the bathroom. The beds were hard but sleepable. The air conditioner did'nt work correctly and hardly ever ran. We had great service at the desk and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was not great. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the price- you can't beat it!

My wife and I stayed here one night before our all day rafting trip on the Arkansas River. We checked in around dinner time and didn't have reservations.... they had a room with two queens and it was very clean. It was also close to some eating spots. This used to be a Holiday Inn. While the rooms were clean, the beds were like granite slabs. The breakfast was ok with adequate room to eat but our experience was somewhat marred by the 60 boy scouts that raided the free food at 6:00 am and left it fruitless and yogurtless.
