The property location was perfect if you are in Breck for skiing. You pick up the gear at the sports place in the basement, then right to the snow area and lift behind the property. This was my FIRST time in Colorado, my FIRST time in Breck and my FIRST time skiing...so it was a little nerve racking for me. The hotel is dated and drab. The ceilings are only seven feet high and makes for an uncomfortable stay. Not a place I would would return to. Way below the standard I expect, and usually receive, from Marriott.

This is by far the worst Marriott Vacation Club we've ever experienced (I only gave it a 2 for the location). But there are a few caveats that may make this a better option in the future: CONS: Built in the 70's, and looks like it hasn't been updated since then. I stayed here with a buddy recently and I used points to do it. If I had paid $300+/night I would have been pretty unhappy.
