Clean, quiet - in a residential area near a corporate area; 5.3 miles off US 36 down CO 119. Know where it is and where you are going before booking. It was worth the drive for us. Restaurants and groceries available at US 36. Good continental breakfast with excellent opportunity to visit with other guests (corporate and long term). Lack... more

Stayed here even though it was away from university and happening areas, because of the "value" written in tripadvisor. The pricing was decent, and it was a quiet neighborhood. The inn keepers were very nice. The rooms were large and had small kitchenette good for families. However, I wished I had stayed closer to an area that didn't require driving... more

I appreciate the no frills of this friendly inn. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the location is quiet and peaceful. The continental breakfast was what should be expected - fruit, cereal, breads, bagels, pastries etc. The hot tub was also very nice and relaxing. Guests are able to use a local gym since the Inn does not have a... more

My 18 yr. old. son, his friend and I, stayed in the inn for three nights in July and we all thought it was great. We all loved the fact that the whole place was NOT like staying at a chain hotel. We had the feeling that we were highly honored and trusted guests and received much friendlier and personalized... more

I stayed here when I flew in for a triathlon. I had lots of equipment, a bike that needed to be assembled, and for some reason, I kept getting lost on the drive from the airport to the inn. The innkeeper, Steve, was incredibly helpful, patiently giving me directions over and over as I flailed about trying to find the... more

This is a 1970's or 60's built motel. Bedding is old and worn. Pillows and window curtains very old. AC is noisy. It is not worth the money. It is quiet though more

I agree with other reviewers. Reasonably priced, quiet residential area but easily accessible, large room with small kitchen area including plates and cutlery, good breakfast, very helpful staff. more

We stayed here for a couple of nights in May. At first I was a bit intrigued by past reviews warning about draconian cancellation policies and rude employees. However, I think everything went fairly smoothly. The inn doesn’t typically have someone working the front desk – guests often need to check themselves in and out manually. We were fortunate enough... more

Stayed there 2 days in late June. Nice rooms, quiet, away from town. Also close to Celestia l Seasons and Learnin Tree Museum. Short walk to the Twin Lakes. Free internet usage. Good breakfast; owner said not as good as in the past because they are trying to keep costs down during recession. more

My wife and I stayed at The Twin Lakes Inn for 3 nights and we had a very nice stay. I am used to staying at nice hotels so upon entering the room, I was a little disappointed with the decor and layout. The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom - it was right next to the kitchen sink.... more
