Ridiculous that such a big hotel with so many rooms would rely on only one hot water heater and couldn't fix it for at least 2 hours in the AM when everybody needed it. Location is poor, with no place to eat within walking distance and surrounded by empty commercial parking lots at night. more

The Boulder Courtyard is typical of a "normal" Courtyard. This one is located in a small business park, and adjacent to Hwy 157 which borders the back of the building. Normally, the conference is held at the Boulder Marriott but I am told that that location no longer accepts the govt. per diem rate.
