I stayed at St. Julien for business. When checking in, they could not find my reservation in the system despite presenting them with the confirmation number from my travel agent. I was told this "happens from time to time". For a hotel that services business travelers, the management should really beef up their computer system to avoid such unpleasant snafu.... more

Impressive, wonderful spa and lovely public rooms. Bedroom was in need of refurbishment. Very comfortable, but carpet worn near bed where feet land, and chair had clearly been sat on a lot. We were 7 weeks into an 8 week round the world holiday with our 2 boys (5 & 10). We arrived at the hotel well after midnight due to flight delays (thanks American) and without out bags!.
