Very comfortable motel right on the Frying Pan river. Very close to everything in town, friendly service, and clean. Continental breakfest only nothing to fancy, coffee, juice and cereal. We felt this was the best motel in Basalt.

Rooms were a little dark but had all necessary facilities and spotlessly clean. We had a room by the river which was well worth paying the extra as we could sit in the garden by the water and hear the river at night.
