Appearance of room was allright, the comforter was a gross texture so we removed that only to find the blanket beneath unwashed and with body fluids crusted on it. That is pretty disturbing... Besides that, it is very noisy. A better bet we found after leaving was the econo lodge a mile or so down the road.
