Disgusting horrible and cock roaches everywhere. Nice staff but property is run down and smelly. Cheap furniture that is falling apart and mattresses are on the floor. Shockingly bad. Went for pride 2013. Wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Beautiful property with very hospital staff. And They are very helpful accomadating. Relaxing pool and hot tub at the foot hills of Weho. Walking distance to everything from Beverly Hills to Hollywood. Definately stay there when in area.

accept that guests will cruise, and this is a great place to stay, and xcellent value for West Hollywood. Just spent ten days there, and the staff were always helpful & really pleasant. It does need a good coffee machine though

Stay elsewhere when visiting LA, or better yet, just go to Palm Springs. This hotel ruined by two day visit in LA. Could not get comfortable at this sleazy joint. Very dirt rooms, unfriendly staff. This place desperately needs a good Beverly Hills plastic surgeon!
