The front desk staff was excellent. The neighborhood was very run down and unsafe. I have to be honest, I can't believe Howard Johnson allows their name to be associated with this hotel..it sure isn't of their quality and standards. Our coffee maker still had the used coffee grounds in it from the quests before us!
