“Good for a quick stay”

We stayed here for one night in May. Overall, it's a decent motel. The price was very good, the rooms were a good size. The motel is old and that does show in the rooms. We drove to Lake Tahoe to ski, thus needed a room where we would not be spending much time. “Great value, good location!”

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds and a great location near to skiing and walking distance to restaurants. The staff are friendly. Not a lot of choice for breakfast, but this is not a luxury hotel. It is cheap and good value.

“For the price, it's a good choice”

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the desk staff is very friendly. Don't expect a luxury hotel; this is a basic motel, with minimal furnishings (but the bed was comfortable) and limited sound-proofing. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Convenient for ski slopes and but also handy for bars, restaurants, cafes, shops etc of Tahoe City. Hot tub brilliant for aching muscles.

This hotel may look fairly ordinary from the outside and being on the wrong side of the street lacks a good view of the lake. How could I possibly add anything to your comments about our hotel? You named most of the features that set us apart from the pack. By the way, the balcony that overlooks the forest and hills at the back overlooks the Golf Course from Spring through the Fall. Please do come back and visit us again! More

“Incredibly nice staff, great location”

I pulled in a couple hours later than I anticipated, and the front desk staff waited up for me and were super nice (even though I deserved a little slapping around). Location's great, and price is too. Good spot!

Our night staff are the only ones in the area that will answer the bell for late arrivals. They recognize that a person can be tired and irritated after driving so long late at night. I am so glad that they treated you "super nice" but this is the way our staff treats all of our guests!! More

Isn't it great to be able to sit and soak in our Lakeview Hot Tub and look out over "Beautiful Lake Tahoe"? Nothing better to get the kinks out of our bodies at the end of the day.
