Don't recall how many times we've stayed at Grey Gables-just whenever we're in the area. It is always such a pleasant stay and Roger & Sue have become almost like family. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Tennyson Room - which was lovely with meticulous attention to detail and spotless. But the best part by far was Sue's fabulous hospitality and wonderful breakfasts. We stayed in 8 hotels over 2 weeks and this was certainly one of the nicest and certainly the best value for money. more

Grey Gables is off the highway (but on the main street) in Sutter Creek. The old mining town has several shops and restaurants. The rooms at the Inn are roomy and comfortable.
