We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room. Not the Ritz but had everything we needed. Relatively quiet too. Grew off of the Casino which still seems like it was someone's home that was converted piece-meal into a Casino. Thus smoke, even for smokers, can get unbearable. Casino crowd is the usual cast of characters looking... More

Bob, thank you for your kind comments. We have gone to great lengths to clean the air in the casino, we think we have mostly succeeded during all but the busiest times. We also have golf packages available. Gary More

Stayed here on trip to and from southern CA, awesome beds, friendly attentive staff. The entire hotel is non smoking and there is a large dining room that is non smoking. Casino is smoked filled but can be be avoided. Double queen room $86 plus tax good bargin for superior quality.

Our family got stuck in Susanville in a late March snowstorm trying to get to the California coast. When we realized that we weren't going to be leaving town we were scrambling to find a hotel and chose this one because it was the only hotel in town that had an indoor pool. We pulled up with some apprehension (kids... More

I can't say enough about the staff! From the front desk to room service the staff went above and beyond and extremely pleasant and helpful. Kudos! The room was ok but I would expect more for the price. First of all the cigarette smoke from the casino downstairs seeped into the room and was very noticeable. Also, it looked the... More

The first thing that hit me as I walked through the door of the hotel lobby was the smell of cigarette smoke. Luckily, our room didn’t smell. We had a room on the third floor. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The rooms have beautiful wooden doors. Nice toiletries were provided, and the shower had great water pressure. The... More

Hello and thank you very much. I agree that casinos tend to be smoky. Fortunately, we have now converted the entire hotel to non smoking. The hotel rooms are completely sealed from the casino and will not have a smoke smell to them at all. Gary More

Desk help was good, registration easy, room was clean, neat, and quiet but had a slight smoke smell. Bearable, but I am asthmatic and picky. Fairly new with nice decor. On the downside, there was no top sheet on the bed only a comforter with duvet cover which would have been okay if it had been winter. The outside temperature... More

The rooms are not only clean and comfortable, with many upgraded amenities like the Keurig coffeemaker (so convenient!) and nice toiletries, but had some thoughtful design details, like pine doors and oversize headboard, that made it warmer and more welcoming than your average hotel room, especially for the price. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Dining options at the restaurant... More
