Read the fine print shared bathrooom and room was dirty. They upgraded me to king suite and well the first room didn't have working ligh bulbs and the second one with the jacuzzi didn't have a working jacuzzi. The shower head also was dirty and did not work properly. Very disapointed and there was never any hotel staff around also... more

Wow... I've booked a ton of rooms through hotwire and I've never been disappointed... until now. Though it's the first time I took a chance on a 2 star, and was ready for Motel 6 type of lodge - let me tell you - if The Pacific Inn is a 2-star, any Motel 6 is a 4-star. The room was... more

I stayed back in October and was surprised at the value. The room was neat and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was ok, not great but edible. I recomend this hotel to anyone looking for a bargain. more

My whole experience was the grimmest of any hotel stay in my 20 years of business travel. I was trapped there as I pre-paid for my stay. Started badly when my Deluxe booking turned out to be non-deluxe so had to pay another $15/night to get the “deluxe” upgrade. I was also asked by a fellow hotel guest for a... more

Booked an European room w/ private bath on the hotel's website and paid $53 with the AAA discount. Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable, but the walls were paper thin, and if you're a light sleeper, good luck on a sound sleep. Shower door did not shut fully, and the shower ceiling was starting to mildew. Free breakfast did not offer... more

I think we had the 'king room' (not the cheapest one) and it was reasonably sized (not small at all). I found this hotel to be better than expected, esp considering the star rating. However, in some places, the reduced cost showed : 1) The old lady at the front desk was a little 'brusk'. She was always looking and... more

My wife and I recently returned from some university business, and for the last leg of our trip we stayed at this hotel. Our checkin was uneventful and the "just give me the facts" receptionist took care of us in an expedicious manner. We opted for the low end room with a shared bathroom and shower. Boy was that room... more

Service at the desk was great, room, what one would expect for a 2-3 star. Jacuzzi was freshly caulked, room was clean. If you stay here, stay for the proximity to the cool downtown area where there are a few Irish pubs, and TaoTao, famous mai tais, more booze than fruit. Did not partake in the free breakfast, air conditioning... more
