Although the hotel is only 1.5. miles from the airport, the courtesy shuttle is shared by at least 4 hotels and it takes longer than it should to get to the 4 Points. I had a reservation for October 11 to October 12. The person at the front desk late at night couldn't find my reservation, but checked me in. We stayed here from Apr 11-13. We rented a car to go into downtown San Fran and to go to Napa Valley. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind a 15-20min drive to downtown San Fran.
