My sister and I stayed in the Lodge Sonoma Renaissance early October 2009. We asked for an upgrade and were told we could have a "paid" upgrade for an extra $50.00. This hotel is wonderfully located in Sonoma, not far from downtown, easy to access all areas of wine country. This hotel is really nice, classy. Our room was large, we stayed in the hotel part, not the cottages. There is a pool outside and a gym facility. The rooms are clean, and large. The bathroom was really nice, separate bath tub, and shower. The toliet was in its own room for privacy in the bathroom itself. Only grip.. there... more
